  • 1 spaghetti squash 
  • olive oil
  • ocean salt, to taste 
  • dark pepper, to taste 
  • 2 chicken bosoms, cut into 1-2 in (2-5 cm) pieces 


SAUCE :

  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced 
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced 
  • ½ teaspoon ocean salt 
  • ¼ teaspoon dark pepper 
  • 3 containers cherry tomato, split (600 g) 
  • ½ lemon, squeezed 
  • 1 container chicken stock (240 mL) 
  • 8 oz child spinach (225 g) 




Instructions :

  1. Preheat the stove to 400˚F (200˚C). 
  2. Jab a few gaps in the spaghetti squash around the long way focal point of the squash. Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
