Fixings :
  • 1 loaf, divided and cut longwise
  • 1½ tablespoons additional virgin olive oil
  • 4 ounces low-dampness mozzarella, cut
into 8 pieces
  • 12 ounces hot Italian
turkey hotdog,
casings evacuated
  • 1½ containers slashed
yellow onion
  • 3 garlic cloves, hacked
  • 1 28-ounce can smashed tomatoes
  • 1½ teaspoons new oregano,
plus more to serve
  • ¾ teaspoon legitimate salt
  • 4 huge eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon dark pepper

Instructions :
  1. Preheat the stove to 400°F. Spot the roll cuts on a heating sheet; brush with the oil and best each with 2 bits of the mozzarella. Prepare until the cheddar is bubbly and light brilliant dark colored, around 12 minutes.
  2. Then, heat a substantial ovenproof nonstick skillet over medium-high. Include the frankfurter and cook, blending and breaking
it separated with a wooden spoon, until nearly cooked through, 5 minutes. Include the onion and garlic and cook, blending, until the onion is translucent, around 3 minutes. Mix in the tomatoes, oregano, and salt. Convey to a stew and cook,
stirring every so often, until somewhat thickened, around 3 minutes.
  3. Decrease stove temperature to 375°F.
  4. Break the eggs into the sauce, leaving space between them. Sprinkle with the pepper. Exchange to stove and prepare until the whites are set and the yolks are still delicate, 7 to 9 minutes. Top with oregano. Serve in dishes with the mozzarella toast
