  • 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp stripped and deveined 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 6-8 Medium flour tortillas 



Guidelines :
  1. Warmth 1 tablespoon oil in an expansive skillet or dish. Include the cleaved onion, ringer pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute or until delicate. 
  2. Include the shrimp and taco flavoring and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until shrimp starts to turn pink. 
  3. Exchange the blend to a bowl and wash and whip down the skillet with a paper towel. Return the skillet to the warmth and splash cooking shower or brush with around 1 teaspoon vegetable oil. 
  4. Spot a tortilla in the container and sprinkle cheddar on one side of the tortilla. Spoon around 5-6 shrimp or enough to cover with another sprinkle of cheddar. Overlap tortilla down the middle. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until brilliant and fresh. Rehash for reaming tortillas. 
  5. Present with Harsh cream, salsa, or guacamole.
